เนื้อหาย่อ : Originally, this understanding is the author's dissertation submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) at the Graduate School of Law, Kyoto University, Japan, The WTO Appellate Body Report on United Report - Import Prohibition of Shrimp and Shrimp Products will have great implication for the multilateral trading system, especially for weak and developing nations. Thus, the dissertation was transformed into an academic book with more facts about sea turtles, turtle excluder device (TEDs), national court decision, national implementation guidelines, Amicus Briefs submitted by environmental NGOs and related WTO decision.
